Gloc 9 is one of my idol, i been listen to his tracks since i was in high school and I’ve seen him revive and cope his music to the latest trends in the local music scene. Actually i didn’t know Gloc 9 personally but he open his life on his music and now he release 5th album entitled Talumpati from Sony Music Philippines. Gloc 9 – Talumpati has 13 tracks and produced by Rudy Y. Tee. For me Gloc 9 – Talumpati album is so nationalistic and while listening to his music i feel that he so dissapointed on how our government handle things like in how they handle lack of job oppurnities, poverty and corruption but still he still hope for a better country.
All of the 13 tracks in Gloc 9 – Talumpati album is all the best. My personal favorite is Elmer which for me tell the story of people dream to be a rapper in a famous rap camp that copy all the style of his idol, like going the gang, having a tattoo and etc. For me being a rapper needs determination, practice to be a good rapper and grow you network.
I hope more rappers will do an album like this that uplift people while listening on it.
